Be Ready, Toronto! Emergency Preparedness Workshop for Individuals and Households

Emergencies can happen anywhere at any time. In Canada, we face numerous hazards, including wildfires, flooding, heatwaves, and earthquakes. The Be Ready workshop aims to raise individual and household emergency preparedness. In this free workshop facilitated by the Toronto Emergency Management Division of the City of Toronto, in partnership with the Canadian Red Cross, participants will learn about: The potential hazards and risks in their area How to create an emergency plan How to assemble an emergency kit The importance of social and support networks during emergencies Free program.
