Brain Health

In partnership with Alzheimer Society of Toronto for World Alzheimer's Month, this workshop will teach participants about the risk factors associated with Alzheimer's disease and dementia and strategies to improve or maintain the health of the brain. Please register with your phone number if you want to be reminded with a phone call. One registration per person. Do not register twice, contact staff to confirm if needed.
