Branch Art Exhibit: "Captain Toronto" works by Danilo Ursini

Throughout the month of September, works by artist Danilo Ursini are on display at Don Mills Branch in an exhibit titled Reflections of Nature. Danilo Ursini is an Italian artist specializing in graphic novels, with a focus on the Captain Toronto series. His work blends superhero storytelling with the unique culture and identity of Toronto. He has showcased art in major exhibitions, gaining recognition for my distinctive approach to both narrative and visual design. Currently, he continues to explore and expand the Captain Toronto universe, aiming to capture the essence of the city and its people. This exhibit is part of TPL's Art Exhibits Space program. Toronto Public Library provides space for local artists to exhibit their work at locations across the city. These exhibits aim to reflect the diverse cultural interests of the city and its neighbourhoods. The exhibit can be viewed during Don Mills branch open hours.
