Human connection has a profound impact on our health and happiness, especially in our increasingly disconnected world. Join GenWell in an interactive workshop to learn practical ways to enhance social health, understand the adverse effects of loneliness, and discover the benefits of building more meaningful connections. Receive a free social health workbook, spend time with other participants after the workshop, and enjoy some light refreshments provided. About GenWell: Founded in 2016, GenWell is a registered charity whose mission is to make the world a happier and healthier place by educating, empowering, and catalyzing forty million Canadians about the importance of their social health.
