In this series, participants will be introduced to the world of art and creative storytelling through movement and music. These activities have been proven to improve circulation and joint mobility, promote mental stimulation, improve posture and coordination, and build strength and balance. No previous movement experience is required. Each class builds upon the previous, so participants are encouraged to attend each week. This program is intended for older adults. Moving Stories is brought to you by tiger princess dance projects. Moving Stories is generously supported by the Canada Council for the Arts, Ontario Arts Council & Toronto Arts Council.
